Shipping FAQ

1. When will my order ship?
I usually pack and ship orders within 2–3 business days.

2. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, but since I ship from Hawaii, it might take a little longer.
If you need it sooner, you can choose a faster option at checkout.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do! I'm happy to send orders worldwide. Just keep in mind that international shipping can sometimes be unpredictable , delays and lost packages do happen, and once it leaves the U.S., tracking isn’t always reliable. I’ll do everything I can on my end, but please order at your own risk.

4. How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

5. Can I track my order?
Definitely. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email.

6. What if my package is lost or delayed? (Domestic Orders)
If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, feel free to reach out to me and I'll try my best to help you out.

7. Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, I can ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses through USPS.

8. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
At this time, I don’t accept returns or provide refunds, but I’m always here to help if there’s an issue with your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out.
